Blaschak Coal Corp, one of the nation’s leading producers and suppliers of anthracite coal, announced on Tuesday that Andrew Meyers has been promoted from his position as Manager of Industrial Sales and Business Development to Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
As Manager of Sales and Business Development for nearly eight years, Meyers split his time between calling on and coordinating Blaschak’s dealer business and fostering relationships with the company’s industrial accounts such as sugar refineries and steel mills. During his tenure at Blaschak, Meyers helped grow company sales volume to record levels in 2018 while providing unparalleled customer service.
In his new role, Meyers will continue to serve both the dealer and industrial sides of Blaschak’s business, as well as coordinate marketing and sales initiatives.
