According to Minersville Police, Carlos Jerel Cruz, 28, of Bethlehem is wanted for the incident that occurred on August 31, 2019.
Cruz is charged with aggravated assault of a victim less than 13 years old, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, and recklessly endangering the welfare of another person.
