According to Pottsville Police Chief Richard Wojciechowsky, on Saturday, August 8, 2020 Pottsville Police conducted a vehicle stop on a silver in color BMW at 299 Much Chunk St. in the Dunkin parking lot based on knowledge that a wanted person was inside the vehicle.
Pottsville Police took Paul Kopinetz, 42 of Pottsville, into custody on a Schuylkill County Detective's warrant.
A search investigation led revealed that Kopinetz was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Further investigation of the stop revealed that Sean Vilcheck was in possession of 10 grams of methamphetamine.

Vilcheck was taken into custody and Det. Joseph Krammes charged Vilcheck with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, a felony of the third degree count of criminal use of a communication facility, and one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.
Vilcheck was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Reiley who set bail at $15,000.00 straight cash.

Vilcheck was unable to post bail and was placed into the custody of the Schuylkill County Prison.
