Schuylkill County Police: August 7th, 2020

Man Facing Public Drunkenness Charges
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on August 5th, 2020, around 6:00pm, Troopers responded to the Cressona Mall parking lot in North Manheim Township for a report of a man walking around the parking lot and Long John Silver's parking lot wearing nothing but a pair of boxer shorts.
State Police were informed the man was drinking out out of a clear plastic bottle.
When troopers responded they found a clear, empty bottle next to the the man's clothes.
Christopher Gravel, 39, of Pottsville was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct for the incident.

Hazleton Woman Charged for Using a Fake Identification for Employment
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on July 27th, 2020, troopers were called to the Hudson's Bay Company on Keystone Boulevard in Foster Township for a report of an individual attempting to use a fake identification card for employment.
An investigation led to the finding the Dinorah Yal Santana, 50, of Hazleton used false identification documents.
Yal Santana is charged with forgery, identity theft, and providing false identification to law enforcement.

State Police Investigate Fraud Involving Sale of Puppy through Web Site
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on July 17th, 2020, were dispatched to Washington Township for a report of a fraud.
Troopers learned that a woman sent money to a fake web site in exchange for a yorkie puppy and a puppy was never received.
The investigation is ongoing.
