A New Philadelphia man was charged for DUI crash on Route 61 in West Brunswick Township in August.
Police say the crash occurred as Thomas Rosenberger, 53, of New Philadelphia turned onto Pheasant Run Road from Route 61. After making the right turn, he crossed into the opposite lane and struck another vehicle.
Both vehicle damaged but still drivable and neither driver was injured.
An investigation into the crash determined that Rosenberger was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.
