Saturday night was Minersville's last game of the season after losing to Catasaqua.
The first quarter went by scoreless between the Miners and Rough Riders and Minersville even took the lead in the second before Catasaqua scored 10 points before the end of the half and another 7 in the third.
Minersville's Quarterback Connor Schwalm, a freshman, would end up throwing 6 interceptions in the game, with Catasaqua taking advantage.
Minersville's rushing offense would end the game at minus 10 yards and Schwalm throwing for 164 yards.
Scoring for Minersville on the run were Dakota Fitzpatrick and Schwalm.
Catasaqua moves on in the Class AA District XI Playoffs and Minersville's season ends with a score of 31-12.
