A man from Pine Grove has been charged with open lewdness after an incident over the weekend.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Saturday, October 31st, 2020, around 12:30pm, troopers responded to Suedberg Road in Pine Grove Township.
An investigation led to the finding that Daniel Minnich, 37, of Pine Grove allegedly stood fully naked in front of his window taking photos of the complainant.
As a result of the investigation, Minnich was charged by State Police with open lewdness.
