North Carolina Man Facing Charges for Dumping Mayonnaise on Property in Frailey Township

A man from North Carolina is facing charges after he dumped mayonnaise on a property in Frailey Township.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Friday, October 30th, 2020 around 2:45pm, troopers were dispatched to the area of Route 209 and East Franklin Road near the Tremont Exit of Interstate 81 for a report of someone scattering rubbish.

Police learned through an investigation that a 50 year old man from Kinston, North Carolina dumped 2 pallets of mayonnaise out of his tractor trailer onto private property.

The suspect then fled the scene.

State Police filed charges for scattering rubbish through Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi's office.

The suspect's identity was not available through the police report or magisterial information.
