Dorothy Louise Revak
, 85, beloved mom and nana, died peacefully at home in Tamaqua on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 with her daughters by her side. 

Better known to family and friends as Louise, she was born in Herold, West Virginia on August 23, 1935. Louise was a daughter of the late Worthy O. and Lena (nee Butcher) Martin. A graduate of Sutton High School in West Virginia, she worked as a toll collector for the Pennsylvania Turnpike for 18 years. Prior to that Louise was an employee of the former Gerard Mills in Tamaqua. She loved spending time with family and her large circle of friends. Louise was an eternal optimist, always seeing the bright side of things. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and shopping. 

Louise is survived by daughters, Barbara Lech of Tamaqua and Sonja Pastucha and her husband Robert of Ringtown, PA; grandchildren, Amy Riley and her husband Ron of Levittown, PA, Eric Lech and his wife, Allison of Bethlehem, PA; Chris Lech of Tamaqua, and Robert Pastucha, Jr. of Ringtown; step-grandchildren, Bryan Pastucha of Mount Carmel, PA and Matthew Pastucha of Chalfont, PA; great grandchildren, Angus Riley, Aydan Riley, Logan Lech, and Thomas Pastucha; brother, Verlin Martin and his wife Linda of Ohio; and sister, Dottie Lou Kener and her husband Keith of West Virginia. She was predeceased by brothers, Olvin Martin, Orval Martin, Darrel Martin, and James Martin, and her former husband, Joseph Revak in 1999. 

Services are private at the convenience of the family. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Louise’s name may be made to St. Luke’s Hospice – Development Office, 801 Ostrum Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015.

Lee A. Huber, 72, of Geary Wolfe Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at home.

Born on July 6, 1948 in Pine Grove Twp., he was a son of the late Floyd and Delphine Lehman Huber.

He was a 1966 graduate of Pine Grove High School and member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.

He was a Pfc in the Army, having served during the Vietnam War.

Lee retired from Post Precision, Strausstown.

Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Iva Bailer Huber; a son, Floyd and wife Jen Huber of Fredericksburg, a daughter, Jessica and husband August Vigna of Dover, Pa.; 4 grandchildren, Nena and Jarrett Huber, Thomas Anderson, and Hazel Vigna; 2 great grandchildren, Sadie Jenkins and Reya Anderson; 2 sisters, Joyce Eltringham of Tamaqua and Janice Garosi of Aiken, S.C.

Graveside Services and interment will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove with Rev. Brian Beissel officiating.

Regina E. “Jean” (Pryzkopski) Pretko
, 94 of Shenandoah passed away on Tuesday morning, November 17, 2020 at Ridgeview Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Shenandoah Heights.

Born in Shenandoah on December 16, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Marie (Knoll) Pryzkopski.

She was a 1943 graduate of the former West Mahanoy Township High School, Shenandoah Heights.

Earlier in life, she worked as a dietary aide at the former Locust Mountain State Hospital, Shenandoah Heights.

Jean was a member of Divine Mercy Parish, Shenandoah formerly Saint Stanislaus Church. She was a former treasurer of the Shenandoah Little League. She enjoyed playing daily bingo at the nursing home. But above all, her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought joy to her heart.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Bernard “Butsy” Pretko, Sr.; her son, David Pretko; and three brothers, John, Paul and Ted Pryzkopski.

Surviving are her son, Bernard Pretko, Jr. and his wife Sandy of Shenandoah; her daughter, Carol Armon of Frackville; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; one sister, Agnes Kofluk of Girardville; nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to extend sincere thanks to the staff of Ridgeview Health and Rehabilitation Center for the care and comfort they provided Jean.

Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah is in charge of the arrangements.

Julia Ann Vanlaningham
, 85, of Williamstown, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Basil, Ohio, July 2, 1935, a daughter of the late Ralph and Ruth Hensel.

Julia was a retired school teacher, while residing in Yuma, Arizona.

She formerly attended the Calvary Independent Church, Lykens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard.

Surviving are her three children, Lois Vanlaningham, Newport; David Vanlaningham, Reno, Nevada and Daniel Vanlaningham, Bryant, Texas; two sisters, Mary Evenson, Michigan and Joan Kizzar, Oregon; two grandsons, Brandon and Kyle Bopp.
