No Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Route 61 Between Saint Clair and Frackville

No injuries were reported in a 3 car crash that occurred Monday evening on Route 61 between Saint Clair and Frackville.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred around 6:50pm, Monday, November 30th, 2020 in the northbound lanes of Route 61 in New Castle Township, approximately a mile north of Darkwater Road.

Troopers say the crash began as Danielle Norfleet, 37, of Shenandoah was traveling northbound and lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a left hand curve.  Norfleet's vehicle spun once and struck a guide rail and came to a rest in the left lane.

A second vehicle following behind, being driven by Philip Deysher, 54, of Schuylkill Haven,  was traveling behind Norfleet and slowed.  As he slowed, a third vehicle, being driven by Jennifer Grady, 35, of Gordon, impacted the rear bumper of Deysher's vehicle.

Norfleet's vehicle sustained damage to it's front end exhaust, and Deysher's vehicle  sustained damage to the rear bumper.  Both were driven away after the crash.

Grady's vehicle sustained damage to the radiator, front grill, and front bumper and was towed from the scene by Act Towing.

All occupants were wearing their seatbelts and no injuries were reported.

Norfleet will be cited for the crash.

Assisting State Police at the scene was the Saint Clair Fire Department.
