According to police, the three individuals involved are males and were involved in smashing a car window.
The whole incident, which occurred around 2:40am on Sunday morning, was caught on a home's security cam and Shenandoah Police posted into to their Facebook page asking for the public's help in identifying them.
The video also picked up some of the voices of the suspects.
