Schuylkill County Crash Log - 02/15/2021
UNION TOWNSHIP - This crash occurred on Sunday, February 14th, 2021 around 5:50am on Ringtown Boulevard.
Police say the crash occurred as Avery Barlup, 37, of Enola, was traveling east and lost control of her Dodge Ram 1500 and struck a guiderail and an embankment.
The truck sustained damage to the fender, bumper, axle, and truck bed.
Barlup was reported to suffered minor injuries in the crash and was transported via Shenandoah Ambulance to an area hospital.
Two 15 year old passengers in the vehicle were not injured.
Roads were reported to be icy at the time of the crash.

BUTLER TOWNSHIP - This crash occurred on Thursday, February 11th, 2021 around 7:50pm, on Interstate 81 southbound near mile marker 120.2.
Police say the crash involved three vehicles all traveling south. Police say the first vehicle, driven by Amuary Laureano, 33, of Hazleton slowed, causing the second vehicle, driven by Frederick, Sanchez Belen, 27, also of Hazleton to slow down.
A third vehicle, driven by Joel Mauricio, 28, of Hazleton to impact the rear of Sanchez Belen. Sanchez Belen impacted the rear of Laureano.
All three drivers were able to pull to the shoulder after the crash with the front two vehicles requiring towing from the scene.
Mauricio's vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.
No injuries were reported.
