Francis Eugene Hebor, age 85, of Port Carbon, PA passed away on Sunday, January 31st, 2021 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.Born in Saint Clair, PA on June 7, 1935, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary (Singlor) Hebor.
Francis worked as a Produce Manager at A&P Markets and Giant. He was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church in St. Clair and the St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Pittsburgh. Francis was an avid bowler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Juliann T. (Fenedick) Hebor on June 12, 2005, four sisters: Margaret Rega, Florence Zemantauski, Helen Jablonski, and Eleanor Hebor, and two brothers: Edward and Michael Hebor.
Francis is survived by a daughter Julia M. Reeder and her husband Steven, Mill Hall, PA; a son Michael F. Hebor and his wife Christine E., Pittsburgh, PA; 4 grandsons: Patrick Miller, Huntington Beach, CA, Brandon Miller, Fort Worth, TX, and Luke and Benjamin Hebor, Pittsburgh, PA; a sister Evelyn Messina, Palo Alto, PA; and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in St. Clair at 11AM on Friday, February 5th, with Msgn William Glosser officiating.
Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Friday morning from 8:30-10:30AM at Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon.
Interment will be held in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in St. Clair.

Diane was born on July 14, 1957 in Shenandoah and was the daughter of Charlotte (Zarcufsky) Litwak who survives and the late Joseph Kayes.
She was a 1975 graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School.
On January 30, 1977 in St. Casimir’s Church, Shenandoah, she married Edward Donovan who survives.
Diane worked for the former Sears in Frackville for 26 years and retired as a bookkeeper from Central Highway Oil and Royal Fuel in Frackville.
She was a member of Divine Mercy Parish, Shenandoah and a social member of Defender Hose Company, Turkey Run, Shenandoah.
In addition to her mother, Charlotte Litwak of Shenandoah and her husband of forty-four years, Edward Donovan are two daughters, April Donovan of Oregon and Melissa Donovan of Shenandoah Heights; two grandchildren, Sierra Hester and Damian Hester; three sisters, Charlotte Wright of Shenandoah, Rose Holburn of Washington state and Darlene Miller of Hanover; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and her faithful companion, her Parsons terrier, “Miggs”.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 10:00 am in Divine Mercy Church, 232 West Cherry Street, Shenandoah with Monsignor Ronald C. Bocian, Pastor as the celebrant. Interment will follow in Annunciation BVM Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Thursday morning from 9:00 am until 10:00 am to celebrate Diane’s life. All state and federal COVID-19 guidelines and regulations will be observed; masks and social distancing will be required.

Charles R. “Chuck” Conti, 47 of Shenandoah passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021.
He was the son of the late Louis M. and Carol A. (Breinich) Conti.
Surviving are his twin brother, Victor L. Conti of Shenandoah; his aunt, Sandy Shelitsky of Frackville, additional family and friends.
Private services and interment will be held in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights at the convenience of the family.

Stephen Bisco Sr., 93, of Allentown, and formerly of Shenandoah, passed away on Friday, January 29th at his home.
Born in Shenandoah on June 13th, 1927, he was the son of the late John and Mary “Swetz” Bisco.
He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during WWII. Stephen worked as a tool and die maker for Mack Truck for 36 years. He was a devout Catholic.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha “Dunsavage” Bisco and 1 daughter, Sandra Bisco. 3 brothers precede, Harry, John, and Thomas Bisco, and 3 sisters, Ann, Mary, and Sandra.
Surviving are 2 sons, David Bisco of Allentown and Stephen Bisco with his wife Karen of Texas, and 1 sister, Dorothy Bisco of Shenandoah.
Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, February 4th at 9:45am in St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church by Msgr. Myron Grabowsky. Prior to Liturgy, there will be a visitation for family and friends from 7:30 to 9:30am at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah. Interment will follow services in St. Michael’s parish cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
Due to Covid-19, all social distancing and mask requirements will be followed.

Frank was born on April 6, 1968. He was the son of the late Frank and Shirley (Jones) Reed.
Frank was the loving husband of his wife Jackie of 27 years and father of their son Tom.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Shirley Reed and brother Robert Reed.
Surviving in addition to his wife and son are sisters Darla Fabiani and Donna Barnetsky. Frank is also survived by 5 nieces and 1 nephew and 1 great niece and 3 great nephews.
Frank will be remembered for his jovial nature, playing the lead part in the South Pacific Musical at Minersville High, his involvement with Wreaths Across America and other helping organizations, and love of a good time with friends and family.
One of Frank’s favorite pieces of advice when one of the family members (mostly one of the nieces) would be complaining about something was “Suck It Up Buttercup”. Frank was a direct descendant of Thomas Reed, Founder of town of Minersville Thomas Reed. Frank loved the holidays and always enjoyed Halloween. Frank was able to celebrate Halloween this year with family by having a fire pit set up in the driveway and giving out treats for the children and Jello shots for the adults. Frank and Jackie were season ticket holders of the Seattle Seahawks. He enjoyed watching and cheering on the Hawks. Frank and family had just returned to Schuylkill County after living in Washington State for 23 years.
At this time due to COVID-19 all services shall be private and held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers the family would request that donations be sent to Wreaths Across America.
