inches.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 4 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steadiest snow will fall between 4 AM and 1
PM EST.
