The Mahanoy Township Authority has announced that the Boil Advisory put in place last week has been lifted.
The advisory was put in place after work was done on the lines in Mahanoy City last week.
The authority stated that as of Monday, June 28th, 2021, all samples came back clean and the need for boiling water is no longer needed.
The affected areas included in this advisory were Mahanoy City, Bowmans' Hill, Glendon, and Coles.
