No injuries were reported on Tuesday in a vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 81 in Foster Township.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred around 9:51am near mile marker 115.1 in the northbound lanes.
Troopers say Rotchild Adelson, 20, of Spring Valley was traveling in the right lane while it was raining and lost control.
His Dodge Dart slid across the right northbound shoulder and spun striking a ditch and an embankment.
The vehicle rolled onto its roof and came to a rest upside in the ditch.
An investigation showed Adelson's vehicle had very worn tires that were beyond the legal tread depth.
Adelson was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured. He will be cited for driving too fast for conditions and insufficient tire tread.
Assisting Troopers at the scene were the Minersville Fire Company and Minersville Ambulance.
