Born on December 21, 1964 in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth Sr. and Margaret Smith Moyer.
She was a 1983 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School and a member of St. Peter's UCC, Tremont.
Mary had been a Cleaning Matron for the Pine Grove Area School District for 9 years until she retired due to health issues.
Mary always enjoyed her yearly vacation with her sister Peggy. She loved flowers, animals, cooking with her husband and long drives with her husband.
Preceding her in death were a brother, Robert Moyer and a sister, Sally Buch.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Paul A. Daubert, Sr.; a son Paul A. Daubert, Jr. of Pine Grove; a brother, Kenneth Jr. and wife Vicki Moyer of Tremont; a sister, Margaret "Peggy" Small of Maryland; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Pastor Claude Schach officiating. There will be a viewing on Monday, August 9, 2021, from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memorial Giving 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105, in her memory.

Robert “Rob” Rakus, 57, of Ringtown formerly of Shenandoah passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, August 4, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Schuylkill East, Pottsville.
Born in Shenandoah on May 3, 1964, he was a son of the late Vincent A. Rakus, Sr. and Ann (McHugh) Rakus.
Rob was as a 1982 graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School and Schuylkill Technology Center.
Rob was currently employed by Hydro Extrusions North America in Cressona. Earlier he worked for Craftex Mills, Auburn and Michelman-Cancelliere Ironworks, Inc., Bath.
Rob was an avid hunter and fisherman. He had great pride in his family, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, and camping with family. He was a former coach for Shenandoah Midget Football and was and ardent supporter of the Shenandoah Little League.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Vincent A. Rakus, Jr., and grandchildren, Quinn and Nolan Malloy.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Catherine Rakus; two sons, Jeffrey Rakus and wife Misty of Ringtown, Shawn Rakus and wife Kelly of Frackville; a daughter, Kristyn Malloy and husband David of Ringtown. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, Evan, Teagan, Ryan, Peyton, Paige, and Luci, and his beloved dog, Snowy. Also surviving are two brothers, William Rakus and his wife Therese of Shenandoah, and Kevin Rakus and wife Darlene of Pottsville; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Religious services will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 10:30 am at Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S. Jardin St., Shenandoah. Monsignor Ronald C. Bocian will officiate. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Dawn Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. A viewing will be held on Sunday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday morning from 8:30 am until 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions in Rob’s memory to Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, 100 North Academy Avenue, Danville, PA 17822-5020.

Betty J. Morris, 91, of Tower City, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021.
She was born in Northumberland County, July 6, 1930, a daughter of the late John and Sara Adams Salada.
Betty spent her entire life caring for her family. She will be remembered for being a wonderful wife, mom and grandmother.
She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, Tower City.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Clarence Shutt and Warren Morris, Sr.; two sons, Edward "Mucker" Shutt and Terry Morris; a daughter, Sally Morgan-Mae; a sister, Norma Hoy; three brothers, Darvin, George and Roy Salada.
Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Smith (Ronnie), Hegins and Judy Shutt, Tower City; three sons, Kevin Shutt (Lori), Warren "Mike" Morris, Jr. (Valarie), and Robert Morris (Michele), all of Tower City; two sisters, Dora Felty (George), Tower City and Vera Donmoyer, Pottsville; four brothers, David Salada (Debbie), Ronnie Salada (Shirley) both of Tower City and James Salada (Jeanette), Williamstown, and Paul Salada (Rose), Manheim. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Betty will be laid to rest privately in the Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown. In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's name can be made to the Christ United Methodist Church, P.O. Box F, Tower City, PA 17980.
