No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash on Route 901 near Lavelle on Monday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 2:30pm on Route 901 near the intersection with Stein Road.
Butler Township Police say the crash occurred as a woman was driving her van on Route 901 at a high rate of speed and lost control. Her van crossed the opposing lane and struck an embankment.
The driver was not injured but the van sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by A&F Automotive.
Responding to the scene with Butler Township Police were the Ashland Police, Lavelle Fire Company, Fountain Springs Fire Company, and Washington Rescue from Ashland.
