The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of a man after police responded to a disturbance Thursday evening.
According to Trooper Hall from the Frackville Barracks, around 6:00pm, Thursday, Schuylkill County Communications contacted the State Police to advise of a disturbance at 22 Ash Road in Cass Township near Minersville.
It was reported that there was an argument heard in a wooded area near the address and a suspected gunshot was heard.
Troopers responded with Minersville Police and found the body of Joseph Fedornak, 27, of Branch Township.
Fedornak was found dead upon arrival and later pronounced by the Schuylkill County Coroner's Office.
Police say Fedornak was found with a gunshot wound.
State Police continue to investigate the incident.
