Pottsville City and State Police Attempting to Locate Man Wanted for Strangulation

Law enforcement in Schuylkill County is attempting to locate a man wanted for strangulation and terroristic threats.

According to the Pottsville Police Department, their Department and the Pennsylvania State Police are actively seeking Michael David Williams, 48, of Pottsville, for a strangulation case and a separate Terroristic Threats. 

He operates the dark colored Ford F150 in the photo and the tailgate is dented. His vehicle's license plate is YVY-2767.
