Zachary S. Parobek, 30, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Sunday, October 3rd, at St. Luke's - University Hospital - Bethlehem Campus.Born in Pottsville, on March 22, 1991, a son of Debra (Staller) and Scott Parobek, Schuylkill Haven.
Zack was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School, class of 2009 and Lebanon Valley College, class of 2013, where he received his bachelor's degree in science. Hewas employed by the State of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, Corporate Tax Division.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents Ted and Loretta Staller, Schuylkill Haven, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousin. Zack loved is cats, Zoe and Lily.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Paul and Elizabeth Parobek.
A funeral service will be held 11 AM on Thursday, October 7th at Schuylkill Church of the Brethren in Pine Grove.
A viewing for family and friends will be held prior from 10 AM until the time of the service at the Church.
At the family's request, memorial donations may be forwarded to Schuylkill Church of the Brethern 347 Sweet Arrow Lake Road Pine Grove, PA 17963.
Interment will follow at the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
Leroy F. "Roy" Strubhar, Sr., 90, of Suedberg Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.Interment will follow at the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

Born on August 13, 1931 in Pine Grove Twp., he was a son of the late Aaron and Mary Roth Strubhar.
He was a graduate of Pine Grove High School. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church for over 60 years and was a past member of the Cemetery Board.
Roy was a Service Technician and worked for J. L. Long Company of Pine Grove and retired from Agway. He was a handyman and skilled gardener.
Roy was an avid golfer with the Sodbusters and team bowler. He was a lifetime member of the North End Fire Co., member of the Grundsaw Lodge #5 and was very fluent in Pennsylvania Dutch. He was also a very dedicated supporter of his children and grandchildren's sporting events and served on many booster clubs.
Preceding him in death were a brother, John Strubhar, Sr., and a sister Adele Strausser.
Roy leaves behind his lifetime sweetheart of 68 years, Elizabeth "Betty" (Griffiths) Strubhar, who he met at the Pine Grove skating rink where he tore up the floor on his skates; two daughters, Kim and husband Tom Pribilla, Patti and husband Kevin Kreiser; a son, Lee Jr. and wife Sheila Strubhar, all of Pine Grove; six grandchildren, who he loved dearly and taught how to color, draw, and throw a baseball, Alexis and husband John Rothermel of Pitman, Brett Kreiser of Raleigh, N.C., Nick Kreiser of Pine Grove, Jake, Grady, and Allie Strubhar, all of Pine Grove; three great grandchildren, Jere Umbenhauer, Taylor and Ashtyn Rothermel, all of Pitman; a sister-in-law Reba Strubhar of Pine Grove; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Noon at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove with Rev. Brian Beissel officiating. There will be a viewing on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until Noon at the Church. Interment will be in the Suedberg Church of God Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.

Born on October 27, 1963 in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Earl Sr. and Dolores Felty.
He was a self employed Surveyor.
Surviving are a son Shaun Felty of Jacksonville, NC; 4 grandchildren; a sister, Sharon and husband Russell Olt of Pine Grove; a brother Earl Jr. and wife Kathee Felty of Wernersville; nieces and nephews; and his fiancé Shelly Gibson of Pottsville.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2:00 P.M., at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, West Wood St., Pine Grove with Pastor Barry Spatz officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to either St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memorial Giving 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105, or Jacob's Lutheran Church c/o Susan Seavey 114 School St. Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.
