Two men have been charged for the murder of a Cass Township man last week.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Wednesday, Michael Angelo, 50, of Norwegian Township, and James Fitzpatrick, 49, of Cass Township, were taken custody for the murder of Joseph Fedornak, 27, of Cass Township.
On Thursday, October 21st, Fedornak's body was found in a wooded area near 22 Ash Road after a suspected gunshot was heard.
Angelo and Fitzpatrick were both charged with Murder of the First Degree, Murder of the Third Degree, Aggravated Assault with attempts to cause severe bodily injury, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession the instrument of a crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and conspiracy to commit the above charges.
Both were arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison. Rossi denied bail for both.
