SNOW EMERGENCY/PARKING BANS
Saint Clair
By order of Mayor Richard Tomko, the Borough of Saint Clair will restrict parking from 8PM Sunday 1/16/22 until 11AM Monday 11/17/22..... the entire length of Second Street and the entire length of Hancock Street. Vehicles not moved will be ticketed and towed.
