of up to one inch and ice accumulations of one tenth to one
quarter of an inch.
* WHERE...The Counties of Southern Centre-Cambria-Blair-Huntingdon-Mifflin-Juniata-Somerset-Southern Clinton-Southern Lycoming-Union-Snyder-Montour- Northumberland-Columbia-Schuylkill-
* WHEN...From 7 PM Thursday to 10 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will change to mixed precipitation Thursday evening, then possibly end as a brief period of snow Friday morning.
