Dr. Wilson earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, and he completed fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine at University of North Texas Health Science Center/Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth, where he also served as chief fellow of the cardiology fellowship program in his final year.
Prior to joining Geisinger, Dr. Wilson served as director of echocardiography, section of cardiology, at Reading Hospital and Medical Center, and as assistant director of the cardiology fellowship program at Tower Health System. He also served as clinical instructor of medicine for Thomas Jefferson University’s cardiology fellowship program and adjunct clinical instructor of medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Wilson has a clinical focus on echocardiography and nuclear imaging, and he treats a wide spectrum of cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease and arrhythmia.
He sees adult patients and currently practices at Geisinger St. Luke’s Hospital and the Geisinger St. Luke’s Medical Office Building in Orwigsburg.
