A man was injured in a crash on the Pottsy Hill near Mahanoy City on Saturday morning.
Around 7:45am, Saturday, emergency personnel were called to 189 Mahanoy City Road in Mahanoy Township for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
According to Mahanoy Township Police, the crash occurred when a male driving a Mazda 6 on the snow covered Pottsy Hill lost control and struck a utility pole.
The driver suffered facial injuries, the vehicle sustained disabling damage, and the utility pole was splintered.
The Mahanoy City Fire Department assisted at the scene.
