Michael L. Christy, 54, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Thursday, March 24th, at home.Born in Abington Township, PA on November 24, 1967, he was a son of the late F. Lynn & Sylvia Louise (Mull) Christy.
He married Candy A. (Witman) Christy on June 1, 2013.
Mike graduated in 1985 from Methacton High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Penn State University in 1989.
Mike worked in loss prevention at several retail locations. He was currently employed as "the beer guy" at Giant Food Stores.
In addition to his wife, Mike is also survived by two daughters: Taylor Lynn Christy, & Carlina Marie Christy, a step-son, Daniel Webber, a step-daughter, Tanya Webber, a granddaughter, Caydence, a sister, Laurel Catherine, wife of Richard LeClear, and an uncle, Neil Christy.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life gathering at 2 PM on Saturday, April 2nd at North Ward Social Club, Schuylkill Haven.
Nancy Marie (Ost) Mahall, 87, Pottsville, died Wednesday, March 23 at Lehigh Valley East, Pottsville.

Judith A. Chuplis, 60, Girardville, passed away on Tuesday, March 22nd at Mountain City Nursing and Rehab Center, Hazleton.
Born in Ashland she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Bernice Sebastian Stanton Jr..
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Girardville.
Judith enjoyed cooking and camping with her family.
She was preceded in death by her two sons; Robert and David, her brother Thomas Stanton and sister Leeney Willis.
Judith is survived by her husband Robert R. Chuplis, her grandson David Chuplis, her brother William (Tracy) Stanton, Girardville and John (Tara) Stanton, Pine Grove also by nieces and nephews.
Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Shirley R. (Felix) DeMarco Stoltz, 86, of New Ringgold, passed away Wednesday, March 23rd, at home with her family by her side.
Shirley was born in Muhlenberg Township on February 26, 1936, a daughter of the late Minerva (Focht) and Ralph Felix.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Dominic DeMarco Sr. and her second husband Donald Stoltz. In addition to being a homemaker, she worked as a clerk at Boots Pet Shop and in the deli at Weis Market.
Shirley is survived by two children; daughter, Lisa , wife of Frank Strahan and son Dominic DeMarco, husband of Kathy; grandchildren Kaitlyn DeMarco, Morgan DeMarco, Kyle DeMarco, husband of Lexy; great grandchildren Logan Gerhart, Kanon and Kolton DeMarco and Jayden Stephany; sister-in-law and friend Shirley Felix.
She was predeceased by her grandson Justin Gerhart and great grandson Gavin DeMarco as well as her brother Ralph Felix.
