Ahead of Easter, the Shenandoah Borough Recreation Committee held their annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Babe Ruth Field on Saturday.
Over 100 kids attended the event and hunted for 2,000 eggs that were filled with money and candy.
The event is a culmination of work by the committee with the help of local organizations who donated and helped fill eggs.
Along with searching for eggs, kids were able to play games, get their face painted, and were able to meet the Easter Bunny.
Each of the children also received a basket filled with more candy and toys before heading home.
