The Ashland Girls Softball Association's opening day was postponed last week but they marched on to hold their annual parade this Friday.
The original parade date and opening day were scheduled for May 6th, 2022, but they reluctantly postponed due to weather.
The season began this past week but still wanted to hold their traditional parade.
On Friday evening, while being escorted by the Ashland Police, Mayor Dan Weikel, and Fire Department, the teams of the Ashland Girls Softball marched down Walnut Street to Willow Park.
