Students, Staff and Faculty at the South Campus of Schuylkill Technology Center raised $450 for the Vets4You organization through a Pie in the Face Fundraising Event.
A monetary donation of any amount, afforded students and staff to vote for which teachers would allow students to throw a pie in their face. Fred Cicero, Precision Machining Instructor; Makenzie Francis, Social Studies Instructor; Jesse Krasnitsky, Auto Collision Instructor; Phil Kintzel, Carpentry Instructor; and Bob Greiner, Plumbing Instructor received the top five votes and received a pie to the face during the STC Fun Day Event on Friday, May 20th.
Vets4You is a non-profit organization that funds outdoor excursions for veterans as a means of helping relieve stress and also acknowledging their service to our nation.
