No serious injuries were reported when a tractor trailer crashed into a home in Hegins on Friday morning.
The incident occurred, Friday, around 8:15am, when a tractor trailer heading west on struck the front of a home at 300 Main Street, Hegins.
The family that lived in the home were inside at the time but were not injured.
The driver was entrapped and had to be freed by firefighters. He was treated by EMS at the scene but no reported serious injuries.
As of noon, Friday, there was no word on what led to the crash. State Police were at the scene investigating.
Main Street was closed for several hours Friday morning while the scene was cleared.
