No injuries were reported after a coach bus caught fire near Orwigsburg on Saturday.
Just after 5:00pm, Saturday, emergency personnel were called to northbound Route 61 in North Manheim Township near Orwigsburg in the area of the Mid Penn Bank for a commercial bus fire.
Firefighters arrived to find the rear of a Catawese Coach Lines Bus engulfed in flames.
All occupants of the bus made it off unharmed.
According to those on the bus, the passengers were CACL Financial employees returning from a retreat in the Reading area.
The bus reportedly blew a tire and by the time it pulled over, it caught fire.
Route 61 northbound was closed for a period of time while the scene was cleared.
