North Schuylkill's Reggie Crawford was selected in the first round of the MLB Draft Sunday evening.
Crawford, from Frackville, graduated high school in 2018, started out his collegiate baseball career for UConn for 2 seasons and just recently transferred this past week to the University of Tennessee.
Crawford was selected 30th overall in the first round and selected by the San Francisco Giants.
With the 30th overall pick, the @SFGiants select @UConnBSB left-handed pitcher Reggie Crawford, No. 80 on the Top 250 Draft Prospects list.
