Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate a man they say failed to appear for court.
Joseph John Carretta, 23, of Bath failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Court House on January 25, 2022 for Jury Selection.
Original charges, Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver – Felony, Marijuana, Small Amount Personal Use – Misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor.
Last known address for Joseph John Carretta, 243A Wolfe St. Bath Pa 18014 and is described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch in height and weighs 250 lbs.
