Just over 200 guests attend the Schuylkill Technology Center Adult Practical Nursing Graduation Ceremony held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at the Frackville Campus.
Sixteen adult learners successfully completed the one-year, full-time Practical Nursing Program and were awarded diplomas. Each graduate is now eligible to take the NCLEX Examination and apply for licensure within the State of Pennsylvania.
The following students were also honored with awards. The Doreen Arndt Geriatric Award was issued to Kendra Holley; the Gloria Ellinger Memorial Award was issued to Rylee Cress; the Martha Malinchok Memorial Award was issued to Alyson Pinchiotti; the Retired Nurses of Schuylkill County Award was issued Darcy Ortiz; and the Sheila Colihan Memorial Award was issued to Haley Dunlap. In addition, Kendra Holley was the recipient of the STC $1500 Tuition Credit.
