Born in Lewistown Valley on January 5, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Milton & Mary Elizabeth (Leiby) Merkel.
She was the widow of Irvin E. Ebling.
Ora is also preceded in death by her brother, Ellsworth Merkel, & sister, Dorothy Quinn.
She was a Tamaqua High School graduate; and had been employed by Cressona Knit for more than 45 years as floor supervisor.
Ora was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Friedensburg.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra, wife of David Prueitt, & two sons: Wayne I., husband of Cynthia Ebling, & Craig Ebling, companion of Jackie Robinson. Ora is also survived by grandchildren: Alina Ebling, Alison Adamski, & Benjamin Prueitt, great-grandchildren: Alexandra, & Ryan Prueitt, and numerous nieces & nephews.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 26th at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona. A visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Saint John's Union Cemetery, Friedensburg.

Maria "Teri" (Sieck) Sterner, 67, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her residence on Sunday, August 21st.
Born in Pottsville in 1955, she was the daughter of the late William F. & Virginia M. (Kehoe) Sieck.
She was the wife of David Sterner. The couple married in 1993.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Jane F. Sieck (2016).
She was a 1973 graduate of Nativity BVM High School, and also graduated from Allentown Business School.
Prior to becoming a mother, she was employed by Pine Shirt, Pottsville in the Accounting Department.
Teri was a loving wife, mother, and sister who enjoyed frequent trips to the Atlantic City Casinos and vacationing at the Maryland shore. She was an active member and supporter of the Schuylkill Haven American Legion through the Ladies Auxiliary, The North Ward Social Club, and The Landingville Fire Company.

In addition to her husband, Teri is survived by her son, Jordon Sterner, at home; brothers, Joseph W. Sieck, & William Jim Sieck, husband of Deborah. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A viewing will held at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven on Wednesday, August 24th from 5-7 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 25th. An additional time for viewing will be held at the church from 9:15 - 10:15 AM on Thursday.
Interment will follow mass at St. Ambrose Cemetery, Cressona.

Born in Mary D, PA on February 5, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Jesse M. & Vertie M. (Karvar) Adams.
She was the widow of Norman T. Davenport, who passed away in 2012.
Myrle is also preceded in death by her son, Wayne A. Davenport, great-grandson, Alex Henry, 4 brothers, and a sister.
She was of the Protestant faith, and was a graduate of Port Carbon High School.
Myrle was a homemaker most of her life; and she had also worked for Miller's Textile Factory, Port Carbon.

She is survived by four daughters: Ruth, wife of Charles Shappell, of McKeansburg; Faye, wife of Robert Schwenk, of Landingville; Lois Davenport, of St. Clair; & Denise, wife of Mark Manhart, of Pottsville; and two sons; Thomas, husband of Dee Davenport, of Pottsville; & David, husband of Anne Davenport, of Heckscherville. Myrle is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a sister, Jane Faust, of Orwigsburg.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, August 26th at Odd Fellows Cemetery, St. Clair.

Lowell C. Hoffman, 56, of Pine Grove, passed away Saturday, August 20th, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg.
Born in Pottsville October 10, 1965, he was the son of Shirley (Wildermuth) Brensinger, of Yuma, Arizona and the late Joseph Hoffman.

He worked as a mechanic at Hydro Extrusions, and spent his free time doing what he loved; riding four wheelers.
In addition to his mother, Lowell is survived by his daughter, Trinity Schuck, of Pine Grove; brothers, Gregory Brensinger, of Schuylkill Haven, Raymond Brensinger, of Pottsville; a sister, Louise Cinicola, of Schuylkill Haven; his companion, Jessica Brobst, of Pine Grove; and his best friend, Tina Schuck, of Orwigsburg.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Robbin Blake McNeill, 66, of N. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at home.
Born on May 3, 1956 in Valley Forge, he was a son of the late George William and Sara Jane Matson McNeill.
Robbin was a Roof Technician and worked for Houck in Harrisburg.
He loved hunting and fishing, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Preceding him in death were brothers and sisters.
Surviving are his wife of 41years, Penny Lou Donmoyer McNeill; a daughter, Amy (McNeill) Freeman and husband David J. Freeman, II of Sharon, Pa.; two sons, Blake McNeill and wife Dr. Kelley Jones of Durham, N.C. Cody McNeill and fiancé Sara Long; five grandchildren, David Freeman, III, Meagan Freeman, and Nolyn McNeill, Kacie Watson, Jaxon Krute; a sister Pam (McNeill) Rittle of Lebanon; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
There will be a visitation on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to either the Pine Grove Childrens Aid, or the Pine Grove Lions Club, c/o Charlie Zimmerman, 11 Sparrow Lane, Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in his memory.
James J. Rizzardi, 84, of Minersville, passed away on Wednesday at his home.
Born on March 17, 1938 in Minersville, he was a son of the late Otto and Virginia (nee Rizzardi) Rizzardi. He was a 1956 graduate of Minersville High School. He was a long-time housekeeping employee of the former Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center before retiring.
He was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. An avid fan of all Minersville sports, he was also a charter member and past secretary of the Minersville Fifth Quarter Club.
The last of his immediate family, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Martin Rizzardi, Carl Rizzardi and John Rizzardi.
Jim is survived by nieces and nephews.
The family will accept visitors at Holy Family Parish, 539 Sunbury Street, Minersville, on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until 10:45 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Committal will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Minersville. Dutcavich Funeral Home has charge.
Dennis L. Gehman, 73, of Tower City, passed away suddenly, Sunday, August 21, 2022 at his home.
Dennis was born in Lancaster, May 25, 1949, a son of the late Benjamin and Cora Mae Hosrt Gehman.
He was a retired sewing machine mechanic.
Surviving are his daughter, Tammy S. Gehman, Lititiz; four sisters, Joyce Smeltz, Souderton, Nancy Good, Tioga County, Donna Bebe, Ephrata and Kathy Wolf, Lititiz; grandchildren Will Edmiston, III, Madison Edmiston and Aireal Rice; one great granddaughter, Amaya Redcay.
Following Dennis's wishes there will be no formal services.

James T. (Jim) Coonan, 85, of Orwigsburg, passed away Saturday, August 20th, at Geisinger-St. Lukes's Hospital, Orwigsburg.
He was the husband of Sherry D. (Swank) Coonan.
A Memorial Service will be held at Salem United Methodist Church in Orwigsburg, with Pastor Stacy Gonzalez officiating, sometime in the fall.
