A Mount Carmel man is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison after a domestic dispute in North Manheim Township on Saturday.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, around 3:15pm, Matthew Dietz, 32, of Mount Carmel was involved in a domestic dispute with a female.
Troopers say while driving and arguing, Dietz made threats to kill the victim and swerved his Nissan Sentra causing her to believe he was going to intentionally crash and kill her.
Dietz was taken into custody without further incident by Troopers on charges of recklessly endangering another person, making terroristic threats, harassment, reckless driving, and other traffic offenses.
He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $20,000 straight cash bail.
