No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident near Gordon late Monday.
Around 11:45pm, emergency personnel from Ashland and Butler Township were called to a motor vehicle accident with confinement on Gordon Road between Dutchtown Road and the Gordon Borough line.
Fire and police personnel arrived on scene to a vehicle that had struck the embankment and came to a rest up against the guard rail.
The female driver was evaluated by Washington Ambulance but no injuries were reported.
Butler Township Police said the driver reported that she hydroplaned.
Englewood Fire, Fountain Springs Fire, Lavelle Fire, and the Washington Rescue from Ashland assisted with cleanup at the scene and traffic control. Ashland Police also assisted.
The roadway was closed until approximately 12:30am, until the scene was cleared.
