Anthony "Tony" Martin Domday, 67, of Barnesville, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest after fighting serious illness.Tony was born in Reading, Pennsylvania and was the son of the late Anthony F. Domday (husband to LizBeth Domday) and late Mary A. Dubetsky (wife of late Lawrence J. Dubetsky). Tony is survived by his wife of nearly 40 years, Cynthia "Cindy" A. Domday, children Allison M. Freeman, Esq. (wife of Jason R. Freeman, Greencastle), Anthony E. Domday, D.V.M., R.N. (Barnesville), Anna R. Brode, PA-C (wife of Brian Brode, Barnesville), grandchildren Madison, Elliott, Parker, Owen, Cooper, step grandchildren Gabriella and Hailey, and several grand-dogs. He is also survived by his sister Diane M. Downey (fiancee of Nicholas Salata, Schuylkill Haven), father in law Eugene S. Courson (widower of Regina H. Courson, Barnesville), sister-in-law Martha L. Cutter (partner of Richard Keggereis, Annandale VA), four nephews, numerous beloved cousins, two god-children, and many friends. Tony's early childhood love of dogs and birds evolved into a fierce passion for agriculture. He graduated from Tamaqua High School in 1973. He worked as a crane operator and maintenance mechanic at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (Trexlertown), for 42 years. He and his family farmed over 300 acres and raised beef cattle with the help of Tony's friends and neighbors, the Hayes Family, especially Michael Hayes. Tony did little besides farm, yet enjoyed reading the Lancaster Farming, going to auctions, and spending time with his grandchildren.
A memorial will be held September 30, 2022 from 6 PM. to 8 PM. at the David D. Jarrett Funeral Home in Mahanoy City. All friends and family are invited.

Born in McAdoo, on March 27, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Stachowicz) Sabulsky.
Anna was kind, hardworking, witty and strong. She was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul PNC Church, McAdoo. She worked in the area garment industry & treasured her lifelong friendships.
Anna was a devoted and loving wife, mother and Nan. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family; teaching them how to make traditional polish foods, soups and her famous desserts; traveling the states and Europe; keeping the house tidy; and getting her hair done every Friday.
Anna is preceded in death by her husband, George “Corky” Gula; brothers Stanley, Teddy, Tony, Johnny and twin, Frankie Sabulsky; and sisters Helen Waskiewicz and Jenny Wawrzonek.
Anna will be forever missed by her daughter, Joann Gula Kell and husband Harry, Harrisburg; son, George Gula and wife Susan, Alpharetta, GA; the apple of her eye, grandson, Ryan Gula, North Providence, RI; and many nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11a.m. in Ss. Peter and Paul PNC Church, McAdoo. The Rev. Boguslaw Janiec will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
A calling hour will be held on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Damiano Funeral Home, Inc., McAdoo.

Charles C. Herbinko, 88, of Pine Grove formerly Tamaqua passed away Wednesday morning at Tremont Health & Rehab Center.
Born in Hazleton he was the son of the late Margaret (Paranic) and Charles W. Herbinko.
He graduated from Hazleton High School in 1952.
He was the husband of Abbie Rickard-Herbinko. They were married August 21, 1998 and recently celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary.
Charlie worked as an equipment operator for Jeddo-Highland Coal Co. in Ebervale for many years.
He served in the Army.
Charlie was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of former St. Jerome’s-Tamaqua and recently St. John XXIII Church-Tamaqua.
He was also a member of East End Fire Co. and South Ward Fire Co. in Tamaqua.
Charlie was an avid Red Sox fan. He coached Tamaqua Little League in his early years. He enjoyed taking long walks and doing crosswords. Charlie enjoyed bowling in the Tamaqua area. He was also well known for taking care of many lawns in the area for many friends, family and neighbors.
He is preceded in death by; 1st spouse Cecelia (LaBella) Herbinko who passed in 1990; nephew Robert Herbinko; nephew John Herbinko.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by; brother Robert Herbinko (Joan), Hazleton; daughter Christine Hadesty (Lewis), West Penn Twp; son Charles D. Herbinko (significant other Miranda Hall), Mechanicsburg; 4 grandchildren Steven Hadesty, Darmstadt Germany, Julianne Hadesty, Arlington VA, Derek Willing (Kori), Augusta GA, Cecelia Herbinko, Tampa FL; 2 twin great grandsons Pierce & Parker Willing; several nieces.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, September 26th from 9:30-11:00 AM at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 307 Pine St, Tamaqua PA 18252. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM in the church. Burial will be at St. Jerome’s Catholic Cemetery-Tamaqua following services.

Diane M. Zimmerman, 35, of Zion Grove, passed away unexpectedly Monday evening, September 19th, 2022.
She was born October 22, 1986 in Buffalo New York, daughter of Roger and Nancy Zimmerman.
Diane’s beautiful and adventurous spirit has touched so many along her journey here. She truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Some hobbies included Whitewater Kayaking on rivers and creeks where she proudly mastered her rolling technique. She loved exploring on her One-Wheel with her son as well as sharing her passion of music and singing with him and others. She displayed amazing talent and love in everything she did, this especially showed in her talent for photography. She was such a loving role model and mentor to so many and always made time to help and care for others.
She is survived by her loving son Lucas Zimmerman and her energetic Husky, Blake. Siblings David and wife Amanda Zimmerman and their son Benjamin of Zion Grove. Dawn Zimmerman and Fiancé Michael McGraw of Indiana. John and wife Gretchen Zimmerman,and their children Laura and Jakob of Lancaster, New York. Jennifer and husband Kevin Mataruga, and their children Ashley and Morgan of Cheektowaga, New York. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Sunday evening from 4 to 7 PM at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, Inc., 412 West Main Street, Ringtown. A Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, September 26th, 2022 at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Zion Grove. Those planning to attend the service are asked to meet at the church for 11 AM. Diane will be laid to rest following the service at the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Diane's family will provide flowers and in lieu, donations are asked to be made to her family to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.

Jean D. Lewis, 90, of Ringtown, passed away Wednesday, September 21st, 2022.
Jean was born in Bear Gap, on May 17, 1932, a daughter of the late Helen and William Makowski.
A lifelong homemaker, Jean worked for a short while in the local garment industry and was a member of St. Mary's Church in Ringtown.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, and by her husband, James Lewis.
Jean is survived by her son, Ronald Lewis, and his wife, Martha, of Shenandoah Heights and a brother Walter Makowski and his wife Mary Kay, of Bear Gap.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Damien Lewis and his wife Haley, Frackville; Carly, wife of Edward Dillon, Nazareth and Zachary Lewis of Tempe, AZ. Great grandchildren, Hudson Stevens, Mac Lewis and Theo Dillon also survive.
A Funeral Service will be held at the 7 PM at Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, Inc., 412 West Main Street in Ringtown on Wednesday, September 28th, 2022. A viewing will be held from 5 PM until the time of the service.
Jean will be laid to rest alongside her husband during private family services.
