SAINT CLAIR - According to Saint Clair Police, on September 14th, 2022, Samantha Downer, 30, of Saint Clair was pulled over for driving a vehicle with an expired registration. She was also found to driving with a suspended driver's license and expired insurance. She was also in possession of suspect methamphetamine.
A check of her information found that she also had an active warrant.
Dower was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, not have required financial responsibility card, and driving an unregistered vehicle.

CRESSONA - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on September 17th, 2022, around 10:15am, Troopers received a report of a PFA violation.
Brett Hornberger, 35, of Cressona has been charged and warrant was issued for his arrest.

NORTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on September 19th, 2022, around 9:00pm, Troopers responded to West Main Street in Hegins Township for a report of a domestic dispute.
An investigation determined that a physical altercation occurred between a 26 year old male and 32, female, both of Valley View.
The male involved was charged with harassment.

SOUTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP - On September 14th, 2022, the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven received a report of sexual assault that occurred 29 years ago and continued to occur over a 10 year period.
The victim was 4 years old at the time the assaults begin.
State Police say their investigation is ongoing.

NORTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Friday, September 16th, 2022, around 8:30pm, Troopers responded to the parking lot of the Blue Mountain High School.
A 31 year old woman told police that David Breon, 68, of Port Clinton, a security guard struck her multiple times with his traffic baton.
Breon was cited for harassment.
