Cory John Allen, 37, with a last known address of 890 High Road, Ashland failed to appear at Schuylkill County Court House on March 11, 2022, for status conference.
Allen is described as 6 feet 7 inches in height and weighs 230 lbs.
His court appearance was scheduled for misdemeanor charges for retail theft for altering label/price markings.
