Democrat Gubernatorial Candidate Josh Shapiro declared victory late Tuesday.
NBC News was the first to make the projection Tuesday evening around 10:45pm and around 11:15pm, CNN made the same projection. As of this posting, the Associated Press has not made a projection.
Shapiro and Austin Davis, his running mate, spoke to supporters at the Greater Philadelpha Expo Center, just after 11:15pm, Tuesday, declaring victory over Republican Candidate, Senator Doug Mastriano.
As of 11:30pm, Tuesday, while the results were not official, Shapiro led Mastriano by 477,000 votes.
