The Pottsville Girls Soccer team fell in the first round of the PIAA Class 3A Soccer Playoffs.
The Crimson Tide played Greencastle-Antrim at North Schuylkill's Ghosh Orthodontics Field Tuesday evening.
For the first half, both teams fought back forth and were scoreless by half time.
After just 8 minutes in the second half, the Blue Devils' Mia Libby would score followed by a second score by Brooke Guthrie.
Within a minute after the second goal, Pottsville's Jess Siminitus would score the Crimson Tide's only score of the game.
Greencastle-Antrim's final score would come from Madison Koons with the Blue Devils earning the 3-1 win.
That officially ends Pottsville season with the Crimson Tide finishing with a 14-7-2 record.
