IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
This includes Interstate 81 from mile markers 97 to 139.
Locations impacted include... Pottsville, Tamaqua, Schuylkill Haven, Shenandoah, Minersville, Mahanoy City, Frackville, St. Clair, Ashland, Orwigsburg, Mcadoo and Pine Grove.
