The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville continue to investigate a reported retail theft in Rush Township.
According to Troopers, on Monday, December 5th, 2022, a report was received that around 5:30pm that day, a man left the Walmart in Rush Township near Tamaqua with 10 HART Heated Jacks without paying for them. The coats are valued at $174 each.
The male was described as wearing a black puffer jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a camouflage face mask and left the scene in a black SUV.
