WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM FRIDAY TO 7 PM EST SATURDAY...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills of 15 to 20 below zero. Frequent wind gusts between 35 and 45 mph late Friday morning through Saturday.
* WHERE...Montour, Northumberland, Columbia and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
