According to Pottsville Police, on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, Officers were dispatched to 1113 West Arch Street for a report of a female threatening her boyfriend with a handgun, then fleeing in a grey Ford Fusion.
A vehicle stop was made at the intersections of Laurel Blvd and North 12th Streets on a vehicle matching the description.
In the vehicle were Ebony Rochelle Robertson, 30, and Rhakeira Williams, 25, both of Frackville, and two children, ages 1 and 3.
A search of the vehicle led to the finding of a Walther Arms Forth Smith P22 caliber with the magazine with 10 live rounds.
Further investigation by officers on Arch St. where the incident occurred revealed that Williams' threatened her ex-boyfriend with the handgun. It was also reported that Robertson brandished the gun and engaged in verbal argument with two other women.
Surveillance video showed Williams point the gun toward the man, and as she approached him, fled back into his residence. That same video also shows Robertson then holding the same gun she obtained from Williams, and walking towards one of the other women before she retreated back to the parked vehicle.
A criminal complaint charging Robertson with one count of Persons Not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell or Transfer Firearms.

Both were arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Andrew J. Serina and remanded to Schuylkill County Prison in lieu of $10,000 straight cash bail.
