A home was destroyed Tuesday morning by fire near Nuremberg
The call came in just after 11:00am, when emergency personnel were called to a working fire at 695 Main Street, North Union Township.
The fire struck multiple alarms as additional manpower and tankers were called from Schuylkill, Columbia, and Luzerne Counties.
Firefighters were ordered to evacuate the structure multiple times with fears of collapse.
The fire was brough under control in roughly an hour but the home was a total loss.
Two people that lived in the home were displaced.
A State Police Fire Marshal has been called to investigate a cause.
