Genevieve Rose Mlynek, 40, with a last known address of 500 East Norwegian Street, Pottsville, is wanted on two active bench warrants.
Mlynek failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on October 13, 2021 for a Probation Revocation Hearing. The original charge in this case is Retail Theft-Take Merchandise – Misdemeanor 2.
Mlynek also failed to appear at Magisterial District Court 21-3-01 on September 14, 2021 for a preliminary hearing. The original charges in this case are Intentionally Possessed Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered to Possess – Misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana – Misdemeanor, Defiant Trespass Posted – Summary Offense.
She is a described as being 5 feet 5 inches in height and weighs approximately 110 lbs.
