“I wanted to do something in the culinary industry, and I decided that starting a food truck was a keeper and a little bit easier of a way to start - going into the industry. I self-taught mostly, and worked at a restaurant for a few years which helped me build my knowledge and get me going.
The family and I brain stormed ideas and eventually came up with the idea of a grilled cheese menu. I have a strong supportive family that has helped me along the way. Eventually we were able to get things going by getting into food shows, festivals, parties, we have designated days at business’s, etc. We serve all fresh baked artisan bread, the best cheese we can find, and everything is made to order.
Advice that I would give is that you gotta keep going, it’s not something that is easy to do but it's worth it.”
